Club Perdomo Bangkok extends a very warm welcome and sincerely hopes you will enjoy all the benefits and services offered. For clarification, the Terms and Conditions under which this Private Invitation Card is offered are listed below:
1.	The club is a Private Member's Club and all parties admitted to the club agree to act in accordance with the principles one would define as characteristics of being a "Lady' or a "Gentleman".
2.	The Private Invitation Card expires after three complimentary visits to Club Perdomo Bangkok.
3.	Complimentary access is solely for the Bearer of the Private Invitation Card.
4.	The Private Invitation Card is non-transferable.
5.	The Private Invitation Card remains the property of Club Perdomo Bangkok.
6.	The Bearer may be denied access due to the club being reserved for private events, full occupancy of the club by members, or any reason at the discretion of Club Perdomo Bangkok Management. To avoid such disappointment, it is suggested to make a reservation prior to arrival at the club.
7.	The Bearer agrees to conduct one's self in accordance with club rules.
8.	The Bearer agrees to wear proper attire in accordance with the dress code at the club.
9.	The Bearer agrees to release Club Perdomo Bangkok and its staff of all liability for damaged, lost or stolen personal property and/or personal injury/death.
10.	The Bearer agrees to cover all of their costs (and the costs of anyone in their party) including any damages, incurred at Club Perdomo Bangkok.
11.	The Private Invitation Program can be changed, revoked or cancelled at the discretion of Club Perdomo Bangkok Management without prior notification.
12.	Club Perdomo Bangkok reserves the right to verify all information.
13.	All information provided to Club Perdomo Bangkok will remain confidential and will not be shared with any outside sources.
