If you are considering membership in Club Perdomo Bangkok, the Founder Membership is more than our most privileged level of membership, it is also an investment. The Founder Membership payment will be treated as an “Off Shore Corporate Bond”, which returns 100% of your membership fee plus 8% APR for a total five (5) year return on investment of 46.933%. There are only five (5) Founder Memberships available. Membership is for life, but your membership fee plus 8% APR are returned in five years. All fees are paid to our Hong Kong account at HSBC. This is a good way to earn tax free income on your membership, legally. For all other memberships (“Captain”, “Explorer”, “Adventurer” and “Corporate”), the payment may be the same; i.e., off shore, saving sales tax and saving money. In addition to member savings via off shore membership payments, there is another form of investment available to qualified investors: investing in additional Club Perdomo venues at the local Club level. For example, a separate investment has been created to provide local residents an opportunity to participate in the growth of our high-end Clubs and Cigar distribution as we expand. We anticipate returns of not less than 5 times investment over a five year period. The minimum investment is US$ 25,000.
