Humidor locker rental is US$ 500 per year. We have a limited number of lockers available.

A 3% transfer fee of the current membership value is levied on all membership transfers. This fee is to be paid to Club Perdomo upon the approval of the new applicant and transfer of membership documents. Management reserves the first right of refusal to approve new applicants and/or purchase memberships proposed for transfer.

A fee of 5% (of the outstanding balance) will be added to all outstanding balances 30 days overdue. A fee of 10% (of the outstanding balance) will be added to all outstanding balances 60 days or more overdue. An outstanding balance over 90 days may result in the suspension of membership.
